What is Pursuit of a Dream? (POD for short) A quick Message from Artist and Producer Whitney Chantél:
"POD started as a Dream when I was 15 years old dealing with depression and growing pains of life, I felt over looked and not given the same opportunities as other talented individuals at my school, so I decided to create my own. So every year id rally up some of my favorite talented friends and id produce my own show. The first year it was in the cafeteria of my old high school, the second a gymnasium, the third was virtual and now its back and bigger than ever at Motorhouse Baltimore . Ive been fortunate enough to have some amazingly talented artist friends and I am proud to have them apart of this project with me."
The Dream Team
While pursuing my own dreams I've encountered some amazing talent. Countless talent shows and networking events allowed me to be at table's with people who exhibit ambition and drive just like me. Because of this I felt the need to create a bigger platform for our artist to have a voice. Lounges and other venues who try their best (and do a cool job!) to supply us with appropriate platforms just wasn't enough for me. Being a musical theatre kid I wanted my name in lights and assumed that others did too. I dreamt this up and now its happening and I can't wait for you guys to get to know the talent.

Meet The Artist
Mýles tha doll
Mýles tha doll is her name.With her smooth and sultry voice , model looks and killer pen. The dmv native is here to take the world by Storm and represent the LGBTQ+ community in the best way possible. Gearing up for her debut release entitled “It girl” dropping this summer. Mýles is determined to give it all she has and leave it all on the floor. Performing is her passion and she hopes to inspire others to be their authentic selves and look good while doing it.
YGM Zeus
Ygm zeus was born 5/3/91 in the southeast Washington dc area. I have a degree in welding technology. Studying for Ba in Business administration. Ever sence I could talk it was music iv played a bunch of instruments but never stuck with it. In high school when I did go one of my favorite class was computer and musical engineering. My mom would tell me how I would try to imitate the artists that was big when I was coming up in the 90's early 2000's. Music IS my spirit. It calms me and gets me lit. I love writing music and performing . THE artist that still influence me is BIGGIE pac wo tang scarface 50 cent Hov and lil Wayne. I can't spill the beans.
Danjalé
Breaking through the conformity of female rap, Danjalé takes versatility and creativity to a new level while still paying homage to her inspirations. Whilst she has been writing for most of her life, with only one year of consistent recording under her belt, its clear that she has never been shy of wordplay and pushes for all women to tap into their sexy woman power! Her debut single “Bad Bi*ch Habits” along with “Real Big Body” and “Woman Like Me” are both confident and fierce all while displaying her clever pen game. Look out for her next big single “BIG” and debut project which is projected to drop in late April.
Kerinne Marnae
After college Kerinne began to blossom into her own as a singer, songwriter, and performer. She was given opportunities to write for artist such as Chris Brown, Ella Mai, Ayana and summer walker to name a few. Kerinne was also top three in Eric Bellinger’s singing competition “Malibu Nights”, landing her a feature on Eric Bellinger’s mixtapes. Kerinne has also recorded with artist such as Tiffany Evans, Wilbert Aaron and a multitude of local artist from Philadelphia to Australia. Kerinne Marnae is now working on her Debut solo album which is set to release March 2022.

20 year old rapper, singer, and songwriter D.T. was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. Starting as a dancer and choreographer, his love for music inspired him to turn his poems into songs and create his own sound of Hip-Hop/Soul. His debut project “Explorations” focuses on self discovery and fusing together genres he knows and loves.
